Overview: British passport, issued routinely since birth, with no official observations or issues

Provider: Bermuda Shipping Maritime Authority

Overview: Full record of a seaman's career experience and certification, required as a British citizen working at sea

United States of America C1/D Visa
Provider: United States Embassy, London, U.K.
Issued: Nov 2024
Expires: Nov 2034
Overview: Visa that permits transit into/across the United States to board a ship and to work on a commercial sea vessel within the US

British Driving License
Provider: Driver and Vehicle License Agency (DVLA), U.K.
Issued: October 2016
Expires: October 2026 (new physical copy of license, with updated details required, as by law)
Overview: Full British licence holder for manual vehicles, with no points, fines, or convictions
Medical
ENG1 Seafarers Medical Certificate
Provider: Maritime and Coastguard Agency
Issued: April 2024
Expires: April 2026
Overview: Proof of fitness to work at sea.

Provider: Confirmed and signed by Dr A Newman, Poole Medical Centre, U.K.

Provider: NHS Business Services Authority on behalf of the Department for Health and Social Care in the United Kingdom.
